Dress Code for Staff and Visitors of WEB Aruba

At WEB Aruba, safety is our top priority. To ensure a safe environment for all staff
and visitors, we require strict adherence to the following dress code while on our
premises. Please review and comply with this dress code before entering our
facility. Failure to comply may result in denied access to the WEB facility. Thank
you for your cooperation in maintaining a safe and professional environment.

General Area Dress Code

All individuals entering the general areas of the WEB premises must observe the
following dress code requirements:

  • Professional and Presentable Attire: Clothing must be neat, clean, and
    well-maintained at all times.
  • Appropriate: Attire should be modest and should not attract unnecessary attention or cause unnecessary distractions. 
  • No Revealing or Inappropriate Clothing: Extremely revealing or
    provocative attire is strictly prohibited. 
  • Face Visibility: Face coverings that obscure the identity of an individual are not permitted. 
  • No Pets Allowed: Pets and domesticated animals are not allowed past the security checkpoint. The only exception is for service animals, which are recognized as medical aids.

Industrial Area Dress Code

For your safety, all individuals, including those participating in plant tours, must
comply with the following dress code when entering WEB’s industrial areas:

  • Closed-Toe Footwear: Open shoes, sandals, or heels are not allowed.
  • Long Pants Required: Shorts, skirts, or dresses are not permitted.
  • Shirts with Sleeves: Sleeveless tops are prohibited to ensure proper
    coverage and protection.
