What's on my bill?
 

Account Number:
This number consists of 10 digits and can be found on your water bill. When making payments at WEB counters, ELMAR offices, and MFA/“Hulpbestuurkantoor,” it is very important to have your account number on hand. When making online payments, it is important to mention the account number in the description.

Billing Period:
This refers to the actual time-frame for which you are being billed. Usually, it will be from one month before you receive the invoice.  
 

Due Date:
Last day to pay the current bill. Due dates differ for each client.
 

Current Charges: 
Total amount to be paid. 
 

Balance Forward:
Open balance/Total amount that is owed to WEB.
 

Payments:
Last payments received by WEB.
 

Previous Balance:
Amount billed in the previous billing period.

Tariff A:
Domestic tariff (A different letter will be displayed if using a “bouwmeter” or “industrial water”). 
 

Deposit:
This deposit must be paid each time a meter is requested. The amount of the deposit is based on the customer's monthly consumption and whether or not the customer is a resident. For more information about deposits, click here.
