ATTENTION: As of November 4, new Account Number for WEB Aruba water connections

As of November 4, 2024, WEB ARUBA is moving to a new automated customer administration system. With this new system, we can help you faster, more efficiently and safer.

The Number di Percela will be replaced by a 10-digit Account Number.

From November 4, 2024, this Account Number is important when paying your water bill or to communicate with WEB Aruba.

Where can I get my new Account Number?

  • Your 10-digit Account Number will appear on your water bill each month;
  • Call 280-4600 or WhatsApp 525-4600 and mention your Number di Percela. You will receive your new 10-digit Account Number;
  • Visit the customer service desk at WEB in Balashi, mention your Number di Percela and immediately receive your new 10-digit Account Number.
  • Or fill in your 'Number di Percela' in the form below.

 

 

PAYMENT

To process your payment correctly, it is very important that you mention your new Account Number.

Do you pay online? Change your Number di Percela in your bank's template and enter your new 10-digit Account Number.

Do you pay at the counter? Bring your water bill when making payment.
