Everything you need to know about paying your water bill

Paying online?

Use your ‘Number di Percela.’

Every payment must be made using the correct number di percela. The amount is not considered to be paid if this detail is not correctly stated.

There are many different ways you can pay your water bill. You can set up a standing order with your bank, pay online through your online banking, you can pay in person at one of our many payment locations or at WEB’s main office in Balashi. 

1. Standing order

You can give your bank permission to automatically deduct the amount on your bill from your bank account each month. See information about online banking below or visit your preferred branch to make standing order arrangement. You may also visit our office in Balashi to pick up a Standard Order request form. 

2. Online banking

When paying directly using online banking ALWAYS use your "Number di Percela" . Use your number di percela (account number) correctly to avoid us not being able to process your payment.

If you are not yet signed up for online banking, visit your preferred bank branch-location to set things up, and pay your bills from the comfort of your own home!

Please make payments through bill payment option.

Number di Percela (Account Number): XXXXX - XX --> This is where you input your "Nr di Percela." Please do not add any other information in the field where you input number di percela.

Reference Number: June 2025 waterbill --> This field is meant to explain what payment was made. 

 
CMB

Option - “Bill payments” Choose --> Perform payment to a predefined vendor.  “Biller" --> Pick WEB Aruba from the address book

Payment reference: June 2025 waterbill --> This is meant solely for your records.

 
RBC

Banco di Caribe

3. At the offices of Elmar

Your water bill can be paid at ALL Elmar branches. 

NOTE: You must bring your actual monthly bill with you when making a payment at an ELMAR location.

4. At WEB Aruba

You can also visit our Customer Service Desk at our Headquarters in Balashi. Our agents are available from 7.45 am – 3.45 pm Nonstop for your convenience. We ask that you bring valid identification and any documents you may need for us to better serve you. Click here to contact us.

5. At the nearest Government Office “Hulpbestuurskantoor” or MFA

WEB accepts payments through all local government offices. Be sure to take your bill and your invoiced amount in cash. 

NOTE: You must bring your actual monthly bill with you when making a payment at any Government office.
