Easily track your usage and check your account balance using our online customer portal. You can also call 280-4600; choose 'For your active account balance' on the main menu and follow the instructions.
*Please note that payments made at a bank or online take approximately 5 days to be deposited on WEB Aruba's banking account. Payments made online must be submitted with the correct account information in order for the amount to be booked on your account. If we are unable to book the payment on your account before the due date of the bill Awg 10,- will be charged on your next water bill.
