Use your 10-digit ‘Account Number.’
Every payment must be made using the correct account number. The amount is not considered to be paid if this detail is not correctly stated.
There are many different ways to pay your water bill. You can set up a direct debit with your bank, pay via online banking, at WEB, ELMAR offices, and at MFA’s/Hulpbestuurskantoren.
1. Direct debit
Your bank can pay your water bill for you, automatically via your checking account. This is called a direct debit. This can be arranged directly with your bank.
2. Online banking
When paying directly using online banking ALWAYS use your 10-digit "Account Number." Use your account number correctly to avoid us not being able to process your payment.
Pick your bank:
- ArubaBank – Go to Aruba Bank online banking
- CMB – Go to CMB online banking
- RBC – Go to RBC Online Banking
- Banco di Caribe – Go to Banco di Caribe online banking
If you are not yet signed up for online banking, visit your preferred bank branch-location to set things up, and pay your bills from the comfort of your own home!

3. At the offices of Elmar
Your water bill can be paid at ALL Elmar branches.
NOTE: You must bring your actual monthly bill with you when making a payment at an ELMAR location.
4. At WEB Aruba
You can also visit our Customer Service Desk at our Headquarters in Balashi. Our agents are available from 7.45 am – 3.45 pm Non-stop for your convenience. We ask that you bring valid identification and any documents you may need for us to better serve you.
5. MFA/Hulpbestuurskantoren
Be sure to take with you, your bill and the invoiced amount, in cash.
NOTE: You must bring your actual monthly bill with you when making a payment at any MFA/Government office.
