Reconnection When Moving
A. If you own a house
If you own a house and already had a water meter registered under your name at the property you must bring the following to the WEB counter or submit the following through our contact form on webaruba.com:
- Notary letter of the purchase or title deed of the property.
- Valid ID.*
- For residents: Awg 130,- for:
- Security deposit Awg. 80.-
- Connection Awg. 50.-.
- For non residents: Awg 1050,- for:
- Security deposit Awg. 1000.-
- Connection Awg. 50.-.
B. If you just bought a house and never had a meter registered under your name at the new house, you must bring the following to the WEB counter or submit the following through our contact form on webaruba.com:
- Notary letter of the purchase or title deed of the property.
- Valid ID.*
- For residents: Awg 130,- for:
- Security deposit Awg. 80.-
- Connection Awg. 50.-.
- For non residents: Awg 1050,- for:
- Security deposit Awg. 1000.-
- Connection Awg. 50.-.
C. If you are renting a house, you must bring the following to the WEB counter or submit the following through our contact form on webaruba.com:
- Authorization form completely filled out and signed by the owner of the house. This form is available at the WEB Aruba counter or click here for your digital copy.
- Copy of valid ID* of the owner of the house.
- Notary letter of the purchase or title deed of the property.
- Your own valid ID.*
- For residents: Awg 130,- for:
- Security deposit Awg. 80.-
- Connection Awg. 50.-.
- For non residents: Awg 1050,- for:
- Security deposit Awg. 1000.-
- Connection Awg. 50.-.
Relocating a water meter
Please contact our Call Center at 280-4600 to request to move a meter. Within 1 week WEB will visit the property to evaluate if there is a valid reason to relocate the meter. If there is no valid reason, the meter can still be relocated at your own expense. The cost of relocation for personal purposes is Awg. 320,-. It is not allowed for another company or person to relocate the meter (stated in terms & conditions).
